Bestselling author of the Tips in Minutes series for PC & Mac, Vickie is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Office Master Instructor with 15 years of classroom training experience, specializing in Microsoft Office, OneNote, and SharePoint, including Microsoft's latest cloud offering, Office 365. Formerly a business analyst with Microsoft, she travels the country delivering live Jerry Maguire-inspired "Tips in Minutes" keynote presentations to a variety of audiences; teaching engaging instructor-led courses; and facilitating Microsoft Experience Center events for many of Microsoft's largest customers.
Vickie holds 15 certifications in Microsoft Office across three versions: Office 2010 (5 exams), Office 2007 (6 exams) and Office 2003 (4 exams), with plans to take two more: SharePoint 2010 and the newest exam, Office 365.

Platform: PC vs. Mac
The MOS exams are specifically for the PC versions of Microsoft Office: Office 2007 and Office 2010.

Apple Logo Note for Mac users:

Currently, there are no certifications for Office 2008 or Office 2011 for Mac. However, you will still benefit from achieving the PC-based MOS certification as it will demonstrate your ability to work across platforms. Additionally, many of the features you'll be tested on are features that are available on Mac.
